DescriptionThis dip stick was manufactured by Dring and Fage, of 56, Tooley Street, London. The company were manufacturers of hydrometers and mathematical instruments established in c. 1790 through the partnership of John Dring and William Fage. They traded at various addresses in London, including the above mentioned during the dates 1804 to 1844.
