DescriptionBird's-eye view from the Lazaretto in Malta including the Grand Harbour and Marsamxett Harbour, and the cities of Valletta, Birgu, and Senglea. Joseph Goupy visited Malta early in his career producing four panoramic views of the port of Valletta.

Curatorial RemarksFramed. Josep Goupy originally drew four panoramic views of the port of Valletta when he visited Malta early in his career, between 1720-1725; later engraved by his friend Antoine Benoist (1721-1770).
