DescriptionPattern for circular ship's badge depicting the head, neck and left shoulder of a horned devil in profile emerging from the waves. The waves are signalled with two parallel zigzagging lines at the bottom of the image. The devil is an angry, somewhat gaunt figure breathing out fire. This image is mounted on a circular base in one piece. During WW2, the vessel was on its way to the Far East when the war ended, reaching Malta in August 1945. In the 1950s it served in the Mediterranean.InscriptionsOn verso, in pencil "Sea Devil" and in black ink "Reg. 1125 MM/1063 20143-4".Material
